Return Eligibility

At Inventorysthones, we want you to be satisfied with your interior design product purchases. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at message@inventorysthones.world with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. All returns must be authorized before shipping.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Custom-made items and personalized products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized interior design products that have been specifically manufactured or modified according to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Products that have been installed or permanently affixed to your property, such as built-in shelving, custom lighting installations, or wall treatments, are not eligible for return.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage beyond normal handling cannot be returned.

Items marked as final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Digital products, downloadable materials, or design consultation services that have been delivered are not eligible for return.

Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, such as certain fabric samples or materials that have been cut to size, are not returnable.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. For custom orders, cancellation must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at message@inventorysthones.world with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund.

Once an order has entered the processing or manufacturing stage, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, standard return policies apply.

Cancellation fees may apply for custom orders that have already entered production. Any fees will be clearly communicated before processing the cancellation.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, while other payment methods may take longer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

If a returned item shows signs of use or damage beyond normal handling, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the diminished value of the product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
